There is nothing to buy at the gate.<\/p>\n\n  <p>We would rather tell you once, clearly, than have somebody drive out on the wrong Saturday.\n  So: November 7. A DJ plays through the\n  day. There are lawn games and things for kids to do, so bringing children is a good idea rather\n  than a complication.<\/p>\n\n  <p>It runs like a small town market, because that is what it is. Come for twenty minutes or stay\n  for the afternoon.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>Why a personal care home throws a market<\/h2>\n\n  <p>Most of our residents do not get out to town events anymore. That is a plain fact about\n  needing this level of care, and it is not something a shuttle bus fixes. So once a year we bring\n  the town to the lawn instead. Residents sit out front, neighbors walk past, somebody&#8217;s\n  grandchildren run around the yard, and for one Saturday the front of this building looks the way\n  a front porch is supposed to look.<\/p>\n\n  <p>That is the whole reason it exists.
