1st Shift Caregiver
NOW HIRING
Fri–Mon • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM • Bowdon, GA
We are hiring a dedicated caregiver for a consistent 4-day schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, first shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM). This is a stable, predictable schedule in a small personal care home where you will know every resident by name and provide direct, meaningful care every single shift.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist residents with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Assist with meals and ensure residents are eating and hydrating well
- Engage residents in daily activities and meaningful interaction
- Document care and communicate observations to the care team
- Contribute to a calm, structured, and dignified environment
What We’re Looking For:
- CNA certification or documented caregiving experience required
- Reliable and punctual, comfortable working with residents with dementia
- Able to pass a background check
- Genuinely called to serve seniors — this is not just a job here
2nd Shift Caregiver
NOW HIRING
Sun–Thu • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM • Bowdon, GA
We are hiring a dedicated caregiver for the afternoon and evening shift. This role is essential to our residents’ comfort and safety during the transition hours of each day — filled by someone who is genuinely passionate about meaningful, relationship-driven care.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist residents with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Assist with evening meals and ensure residents are eating and hydrating well
- Lead or assist with afternoon activities and meaningful resident engagement
- Prepare residents for bed and ensure a calm, safe close to their day
- Document care and communicate shift observations to the night team
What We’re Looking For:
- CNA certification or documented caregiving experience required
- Reliable and punctual — consistent 2nd shift attendance is essential
- Comfortable working with residents with dementia and memory care needs
- Able to pass a background check

Senior Living Dietary Services
NOW HIRING
Bowdon, GA
We are hiring for a dietary services role in our personal care home. You will prepare and serve home-style meals for our residents, follow individualized dietary plans, and make mealtimes a meaningful part of each resident’s day.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve meals according to resident dietary plans and restrictions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Follow portion guidelines and food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with meal planning, grocery coordination, and inventory management
- Communicate with care staff about resident preferences and nutritional needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Food service or kitchen experience preferred
- Familiarity with dietary restrictions (low sodium, pureed diets, etc.) a plus
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality food and service
- Able to pass a background check
