Activities Coordinator
NOW HIRING
Part-Time or Full-Time • Wed–Sun • Bowdon, GA
Plan and lead the daily activities that give our residents, most of whom are living with dementia, structure, engagement, and connection. This is hands-on, people-facing work: you spend your day with residents, not behind a desk. Weekends matter most, when the days are longest and quietest.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and lead daily group activities: games, music, crafts, light exercise, and seasonal events
- Keep residents engaged on weekends, when staffing is lighter and the days feel longer
- Run one-on-one engagement with residents who do not join group activities
- Lead the activity schedule independently when the Activities Director is out
- Learn each resident’s interests, history, and what engages them
What We’re Looking For:
- Weekend availability (a core part of the role, not an occasional ask)
- Patient and steady, especially with residents who have memory loss
- Genuinely enjoys being around older adults
- Reliable and follows through
- Prior senior care or activities experience preferred, not required
Caregiver, 1st Shift
NOW HIRING
Full-Time • Fri–Mon • 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Provide hands-on daily care and companionship to our residents through the morning and early afternoon. A consistent four-day schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and daily activities
- Monitor residents’ health and well-being and report changes to the team
- Provide companionship and a positive, engaging environment
- Support meal service and light housekeeping
- Help keep residents safe and secure throughout the shift
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 18 with reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Willing to complete proxy caregiver training within 30 days and obtain BLS CPR certification
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- No prior experience required
Caregiver, 2nd Shift
NOW HIRING
Full-Time • Fri–Mon • 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
Provide hands-on daily care and companionship to our residents through the afternoon and evening. A consistent four-day schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

Dietary Manager
NOW HIRING
Full-Time • Weekdays + Rotating Weekends • Bowdon, GA
Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious, home-style meals for our residents while running day-to-day kitchen operations. A hands-on role: you cook daily while managing scheduling, food procurement, and food-safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare daily meals and snacks, including therapeutic and modified-texture diets
- Manage kitchen scheduling and dietary staff coverage
- Maintain food inventory, place orders, and manage costs within budget
- Ensure compliance with Georgia DPH Food Code 511-6-1 and safety standards
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong scratch-cooking skills, including Southern and comfort-food favorites
- Food service experience, preferably in senior living or healthcare
- ServSafe certification, or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Organized, resident-focused, and comfortable leading a small team
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.
Dietary Services
NOW HIRING
Full-Time • Bowdon, GA
Prepare and serve home-style meals for our residents, follow individualized dietary plans, and make mealtimes a meaningful part of each resident’s day.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve meals according to resident dietary plans and restrictions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen
- Follow portion guidelines and food-safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with meal planning, grocery coordination, and inventory
- Communicate with care staff about resident preferences and needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Food service or kitchen experience preferred
- Familiarity with dietary restrictions (low sodium, pureed, etc.) a plus
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality
- Able to pass a background check
