These Terms and Conditions govern the use of SMS notifications sent by Front Porch of Bowdon to its employees.

SMS Messaging Program

Front Porch of Bowdon operates an internal SMS notification program for staff scheduling purposes. By providing your cell phone number to management, you agree to receive text messages related to open shift opportunities, bid confirmations, and schedule assignments.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on scheduling needs. You may receive multiple messages per day during periods of high staffing activity.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Front Porch of Bowdon is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll, notify your supervisor.

Limitation of Liability

Front Porch of Bowdon is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to factors outside our control, including carrier issues or network outages. SMS notifications are a convenience tool and do not replace official scheduling communications.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the SMS program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
