What We Offer

Care & Services

staged room double

What care actually looks like here.

Every resident has an individual care plan built with input from family, their physician, and our caregiving team. We are small enough to actually execute those plans. Not just document them. Families who have toured larger facilities consistently tell us the same thing: they felt like a number. That is not possible here. Our staff know every resident by name, by habit, and by history.

Our caregivers are in the building around the clock. We have close relationships with local medical providers who will make house calls. Medications are delivered directly from Bowdon Pharmacy.

Dementia & Cognitive Care

Our physical environment supports the care we provide. We are converting our building into a village-style streetscape with distinct house facades on resident room doors, brick-patterned flooring, porch areas and sitting spaces that feel residential rather than institutional. For residents with dementia, familiar visual cues help with orientation and reduce anxiety in ways that standard facility design cannot replicate.

A Word for Families

Watching a parent or spouse disappear into dementia is among the hardest experiences a family faces. We don’t minimize that. What we can promise is that your loved one will be seen, known, and cared for with genuine tenderness, not as a diagnosis, but as a person with a history worth honoring.

Our staff is trained not just in clinical dementia protocols, but in the art of dedicated presence. They know how to enter a room, how to redirect, how to calm, and how to celebrate the moments of clarity that still come.

If your family has been through a failed placement elsewhere, or if you are still in the research stage, call us. We will tell you plainly whether we are the right fit.

24/7 Care

This is our most important differentiator is our availability and communication. The owner is a licensed nurse on-site throughout the week, the Community Director has nearly two decades of geriatric care experience. You get direct access to management. Concerns are addressed immediately. Communication is the expectation, not the exception.

That means medication errors get caught before they happen. Health changes get addressed in hours, not days. Families get called with real information by people who have been working consistently with their family member, not from a staffing agency or off-site administrator.

Medication Support

We work closely with Bowdon Pharmacy to fill and package all necessary medications to allow our caregivers to ensure your loved one receives all their necessary medications when they need them.

📈

Health Monitoring

Regular vital signs, weight, and condition monitoring. Early warning signs are caught and acted on, not waiting for the next scheduled appointment.

👥

Family Communication

Families receive proactive updates on condition changes, care plan revisions, and milestones. You will never feel out of the loop about your loved one’s health.
