We do not publish the rate on the website because it is updated periodically and we want to give you a current, accurate number. What we can tell you: there is one flat monthly rate. It covers everything listed below. And it does not change when your loved one’s care needs increase. No level-of-care tiers, no add-on billing surprises.

What’s Included
Everything your loved one needs. One bill.
The rate covers Assisted Living and Dementia Care. As care needs change, the rate does not. There are no level-of-care tiers.
What’s not included
A small number of items are billed separately. We tell you upfront so there are no surprises on the monthly statement.
Front Porch may assist with procuring some of these items with the cost being passed along on monthly invoices. Contact the Community for details.
Payment
Private pay only.
Front Porch of Bowdon does not accept Medicaid or Medicare for residential care. We accept private payment by check, ACH bank transfer, or credit card.
Long-term care insurance policies may cover part or all of the monthly rate. We can provide documentation to support your insurance claim. Contact your insurance provider to confirm your benefits before placement.
Veterans and surviving spouses may qualify for the VA Aid & Attendance benefit, which can offset a significant portion of the monthly rate. Ask us for a referral to a benefits advisor at no charge.
