• 6a-2p
• 2p-10p
• 10p-6a

Front Porch Of Bowdon in Bowdon, GA is looking for outstanding Resident Caregiver to join our 19 person strong team. We are located on 501 Mitchell Ave. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, hard-working, and above all else, caring and compassionate. Duties involve assisting our residents with daily living, ensuring proper hygiene, and providing supportive companionship.

We are growing! We offer a +$1/hr differential for 3rd shift. Currently offering PTO for all full-time and part-time employees, with plans for expanded benefits in 2023.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living tasks and assist in maintaining proper hygiene for our residents.
• Ensure Residents receive their proper medication in a timely manner.
• Communicate with medical professionals about Resident’s health or issues that may arise
• Prepare and administer meals in accordance with dietary needs

Qualifications

• Experience working as a personal care aide or similar field
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain empathetic to resident’s needs
• Attention to detail
• Caring and compassionate personality
• BLS required within 90 days of hire
• Ability to pass a state mandated background and fingerprint screening
• CNA or equivalent preferred

Compensation

$12-$15/hr
